How does it work?
One of the most efficient and effective ways of onboarding staff is via a dedicated onboarding website - a personalised, secure environment that acts like a VIP room for new hires. TMP are experts in developing such solutions, having done so for a range of different organisations.
Our onboarding offering encompasses a range of features and content, including:
- Password protection, allowing for personalised content
- Web 2.0 levels of personalisation, encouraging user generated content
- General information about the business, its location, important processes and key personnel
- Bespoke information and messages relating to the individual user's position within the company
- Useful tools such as an events calendar, to do list, news feeds, training modules etc.
- A search facility enabling users to find colleagues
- Discussion forums and Wikipedia-style knowledge areas
- A positive brand experience, helping to cement the relationship between employer and employee
Naturally, we develop each solution according to the individual employer's requirements, but as a starting point we offer three basic packages:
Option #1 - Core package
Includes personal profiles, colleagues search, discussion forum, static content pages, back-end admin system, and limited functionality on home page.
Option #2 - Mid-level package
Includes all core elements plus the Knowledge Arena, additional static content pages, home page 'to do' list, basic analysis process (configured to your specific requirements).
Option #3 - High-level package
Includes all core and mid-level elements plus advanced analysis process (configured to your specific requirements).
